"I have been here for two years and every time I need a maintenance order it has been taken care of and I’m so happy about that. The maintenance supervisor is very friendly and I know his name.Loyal. At the front desk is Nicole Jones and she answers the phone all the time and she’s so lovely."

"6-7 packages in a row the office held in their parcel lockers before I moved. They force Amazon/USPS/FedEx to put your packages in the lockers so that they can force you to pay for them. Then they never send you the notification that they have the packages or the code to get them. If you call the office, they have no clue what's going on with the lockers. 2-3 weeks later you might get the text to get your package. They also force you to pay for a premium trash removal service. This one's hilarious. It's one guy in an old 90s pickup truck. Every 3 or 4 days he goes to one building at a time and takes as much as his little truck can carry. He's a hard worker but there's nothing premium about letting everyone's trash sit outside their door for 3 days and stink up the whole building. The Office will be nice to you until you move in. Then you're the biggest annoyance to them. Hopefully this review can save someone the headache I had to go through this past year."

"Please please please steer clear of this place. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The buildings are falling apart, have crazy bug problems, mold issues, and things broken inside the apartments are fixed very poorly. They find very random things to charge you for and are most definitely scamming people. You are forced to pay a fee for pest control yet require YOU to ask them to come out rather than routine service. You are forced to pay for package locker that are very rarely working properly, and many packages go missing. Delivery drivers will still leave packages at your door and then will be stolen- which the complex does nothing about. There is constant trash EVERYWHERE. They will create random “debts” that you owe them and turn them into a collection agency before your lease is even ended with NO NOTICE or information on what the debt is for (please dispute this). So so disappointed and can’t stand to be taken advantage of the way this place is to everyone."

"1- Broken stairs: The state of the stairs is concerning, posing a safety risk to residents. 2- Closed pool: The pool's closure for the majority of the summer was disappointing and impacted our enjoyment. 3- High maintenance fees, but bug issues persist: Despite paying substantial maintenance fees for extermination, we continue to face problems with bugs and spiders. 4- Trash problem: The presence of trash scattered around the complex is unsightly and contributes to an unpleasant environment. 5- Mailbox fees: It's frustrating to be charged an extra seven dollars per month for mailbox access; this feels unnecessary and inconvenient. 6- An additional $5 fee each month without justification. 7- A mailbox charge of $7, seemingly without a valid reason. 8- An extra $5 charge for the exterminator service. The only positive thing here that Nicole is a great lady in the office."
