Merchants Court Apartments

"These apartments are horrible. The neighbors are extremely loud and rude all odd times of the night(11 pm - 3 am). I really hate, I signed a 12 month lease. Granted, the apartments are spacious. Since I have moved here, I have been constantly tired every morning. Most neighbors that reside here do not work and stay up stomping and bumping all night. I have complained and will continue to complain until this issue is resolve. If you want peace while paying rent, I do not recommend these apartments to anyone."

"First appearance made a pretty good impression on us today, as we stopped by for an application and to get a little more information. This apartment complex seemed well-taken care of, neat and clean, no overflowing trash, grounds seemed well-manicured, no apparent maintenance issues, or none that I could see anyway. The residents appeared friendly and a few even greeted me. The place seemed quite and serene, even in the late afternoon. Everyone seemed to be behaving themselves just fine, from what we could see, no loud music, or overzealous rough housing, etc. etc. The front office personnel greeted me immediately and personably. I found 'Faith' to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was courteous and kind and seemed genuinely interested in helping establish residency within this community. We will return later this week with our completed paperwork and hope that we can qualify. From what I've seen so far, I think our family would fit in just fine! Thank you staff, as well as tenants, for having such pride in your neighborhood and setting such a very good example!"

"Describe my experience...I can't believe someone would even want a place like that to be called home.i lived there for 4 months and honestly it was a waste of my time. I was told the house was clean but when I got in I smelled smoke and it smelled of dog as well.Everyday I woke up there was another cockroach on my floor. The staff was disrespectful as if they weren't even alive.Mrs.B if that's her name was really rude every time my friends and I went to the pool she always said get out of the pool and where your pool pass at. Like I live there I don't understand why I had to where it. And the rule about lossing the pool pass made no since I know for sure a rubber band doesn't cost that much.If you read this comment look else where for residence."

"Apartments here is nice. I have experience too much noise from upper neighbors and nothing is being do even though I talked with one that seems cool. God don't like ugly. This may not be the place for you if you don't want to be kept up at 2:10 in the morning."

"Worst apartment I have ever lived at, when I first moved there I was lied to and told my apartment was clean and ready to move in, and there were freshly painted walls. The walls were still dirty in some spots and still are like up on the ceiling. So obviously they only spot painted; they were still spider webs on the walls and actually cigarette ashes in one of the bathrooms all over the floor! The place was filthy; the dirtiest apartment I’ve ever moved in. I understand you do your own cleaning as well but for the price of the apartments the move in cleaning should have been at least decent. There are years of dust and dirt and god knows what else behind and underneath the refrigerator. I’m eight months pregnant and single with no lifting capabilities. The counter tops and cabinets were sticky. When I went to clean the cabinets I found a big glob of months old fruit roll up candy or somewhat just stuck in one of the cabinets yuck and disgusting. And to top it off my apartment is infested with centipedes because maintenance has not yet come to put more weather stripping in my door which has really big gaps enough for small insects to just come right in. Every day I have to step on one inside of my apartments it’s really disgusting and I’ve had enough, and they seem unwilling to fix the problem. It’s been going on three full weeks now. The office does not return calls or messages; I’ve had to leave numerous calls at corporate offices to get anything done. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and will not return your phone calls or messages unless you call corporate on them which I would highly advise because they seem to not want to do their jobs. I’ve had problem after problem after problem, don’t waste your hard earned money here. I will not be staying and renewing my lease this is the worst apartment ever save your money and do your research but be aware of Merchants Court apartments!!!!"
