"I lived here for about 8 months before my apartment got infested with fleas when I didn’t have a SINGLE ANIMAL IN THE APARTMENT. When I first came to them with the issue, they openly ignored me and it took me two whole weeks to get somebody to respond back to me. I was able to find a place to stay for a short amount of time while waiting for them to bomb the apartment. About a month after I had first contacted them I got a call saying that I could enter the apartment and it was safe to do so. Upon entering, the infestation had quadrupled in size. immediately went up to the front office and they said “I couldn’t open the door. I couldn’t get the key in the hole” however, Estes (manager) told me that they sprayed but then 30 minutes late told me she couldn’t open a door. She is a mother in her 30s and doesn’t know how to use key?!? I was baffled that was her excuse. And after a month and a half of begging them to do something they sprayed, BOTH pest control companies told me that an infestation like they came from somewhere else in the building and if there were any pets they would be dead. I moved out in July and September hit. I was officially done. My apartment was still infested and I hadn’t been in there since July. When I went to management for a solution Jennifer, one of the women in the front office just kept running me around and around , she also felt the need to tell me that she had cheated on her husband of 25 years and left her three high-school age children behind and ran off with her 19-year-old lover. This woman is in her 40s and I’m sitting in front of her crying because I’ve been living in my car for MONTHS and she starts telling me about her bedroom life?!? I was forced to spend days searching, and found the name and number of the CEO who owns lost mountain apartment homes and was able to contact him. It was the biggest fight of my life, but I was able to break my rental agreement and then they charged me $2,000 for nothing even though I haven’t stepped foot in there for four months. It’s important to say I was paying rent this whole time as well! At the end of everything management told me that things went the way they did because I was “so young and I didn’t push them hard enough”?What do you want me to do? Fight you lol? Also, in the eight months I lived there there were over 10 dead rats in the parking spots in the front of my apartment. Do not rent here. if you have having issues reach out to pegasus real estate not those big lady’s in the office."

"The management fakes reviews to inflate the stars. The last 3.5 months before my lease was terminated due to pest issues (rats and fleas from said rats) I was unable to live in my unit because the pest issues were so bad, all the while I still payed my rent in full on time, which totaled to be about $5,250, which they agreed to refund me. As soon as I signed the paperwork to terminate the lease they began to email and call me saying I owed them $1900 for a damaged piece of siding on the porch, I asked about the price being so high as I had payed one months rent ($1750) as a security deposit, they then blatantly lied to me and told me my security deposit was only $150 and that had already been subtracted from the amount I “owe” them. They have now sent me to collections for refusing to pay them nearly $2000 for a single piece of warped siding and are still refusing to refund me a single cent of the $5250 they have already said in writing they would refund. DO NOT RENT HERE."

"My daughter has had a number of issues with her apartment and noisy tenants around her. Let’s just say do your homework before moving into this facility. I would be glad to share with the corporate governance if they want to take an interest in this matter."

"There’s some ups and downs to living here but that’s just like any apartment complex. just because of Malerie and Jennifer I am reassured of any issues I come across. they are always so patient, understanding and will make sure everyone is taken care of before going home at the end of the day. I enjoy staying here and definitely feel safe which is what I mostly care about. Bonus !! there’s food trucks that come almost every week and it’s really cool especially if you don’t feel like cooking that night. :)"
