"HORRIBLE experience since the day we were moving in, they were still painting our apartment as we were moving in but was told it was ready, carpet were not new, just cleaned, still wet!!! ,GROSS ,back porch was so nasty and markings all over it, the breeze way smells like PEE, behind our building there is always trash, you can complain and need something fixed and it goes ignored or they just walk in your apartment even if your not home, when it’s not even a emergency call. People who don’t even live in the neighborhood will be at the pool, kids are trashing the neighborhood daily, nothing will be done, you just have to live with it or clean it yourself, parking is a JOKE!!!! You will never find a parking spot!!! The counter tops will come off two months after moving in because they are painted on. The master bedroom is the smallest room in the apartment, it is a closet!!!! You will see cops in this neighborhood DAILY!!! HORRIBLE!!!!"

"Terrible living the lady that is management that drive the white BMW is very disrespectful she do not care who live here she do not care if your apartment is treated 100% she live at the bottom of the apartment complex next to the dumpster with her white BMW is very disrespectful you can call and ask for several things to be clean she will say that's not in your lease that is wrong she do not care I wish people do not come here she don't know what she's doing or how she's working at all operating You can have leaks holes in your wall she would tell you they going to fix it and don't this is terrible management switch at least four times and two years they switch and kept her this is terrible do not move here do not look to move here at all it is terrible The garbage is nasty the kids break everything the stairwells are dirty and filthy the guys that work here do not clean the stairwells and they are filthy they will drive around and think they are cleaning anything it is filthy Don't think that just because they show you an apartment building at 10 AM on a Sunday meet everybody is ok. the kids are rude the kids and nasty they curse and there's garbage everywhere this is a nasty complex disgusting and the lady with the white five series BMW she know this is nasty And I'm putting her information out there because she don't care about people and next I am going to release her license plate this is nasty and terrible"

"My daughter and I have been here for a year now, from the beginning to get in a unit, the leasing manager Kaitlin Thompson has been a vessel of God for us. She made it a priority to have us in by Christmas and she did just that. Anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, management has been there to assist with whatever we’ve needed. The maintenance team has been top tier professionals in tending to the needs of our apartment. Great area, schools, daycares, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. everything you Need within 5 mile radius. I implore anyone looking for a great apartment with good management, especially parents, looking in the Dallas area, Ten68West apartments is where you want to be!!!!"

"When I moved in I was told that once my roommate moved out that the apartment will be painted. I have asked and begged for the apartment to be paint so it apartments will look presentable but no it hasn’t been done. Only the ceiling was painted. Every wall in the apartment is dirty and some part has mold. All I am asking for is for the walls to be painted so when I come home I am happy. I pay rent I shouldn’t have to be begging. Update the apartment was painted and the mold finally taken care of."

"When I toured this complex they showed me a very cute and renovated apartment. The apartment that I received was dirty, a yellow film covered all of the counter tops, the counters were falling apart, and the tub was disgusting. Not to mention on top of that we killed over 10 roaches our first night at the apartment. When I brought my concern up to the leasing staff they just told me that “roaches were bad this year”. I had to hire a bug company out of my own pocket to get this apartments infestation under control, I refuse to live with bugs..we are very clean people. In that time my husband got ate up by roaches, I attached pictures. They charge Atlanta prices & don’t even give luxury. People steal packages, cops are constantly in the complex, they gaslight you when you bring real issues to you, & still have a roach problem. Please don’t waste your time by moving here."
