"I lived here and moved out of State in 2011. I returned in 2021 and checked out Dallas Manor. It has been remodeled inside and out. I am so excited to move back there. The person that manages Dallas Manor, Jasmine is very kind and patient to the elderly which means a lot. I know because I am one of them! And one of the complaints mentions bad acting teenagers. If you treat these young people in the same manner you want to be treated I find them to be looking out for you. Thank you."

"I thank God for living at Dallas Manor Apts. I will be here almost a year and I really like it here. My renovated apartment is beautiful. The leasing agent Jasmine is so kind and maintenence have always come to fix or replace what's needed to be done. I haven't had any problems here with people and it's a quiet community."

"Dallas manor is a nice place and for the most part it is quiet and peaceful . I’ve lived in the apartments across the street my whole life and I go to Dallas manor on occasions to take my son to the playground . Most you see over there are elderly people and little kids playing in the street. I’m not to sure about the inside of the apartments . I think most of them are 2 bedrooms and a living rooms and dinning area kinda shaped like a T. Never seen any trouble going on here."

"These apartments are horrible. Please stay away.!!! There are abusive teenagers that abuse the elderly, mothers and young children. The police is called out at least two to three times a week. Everybody feels unsafe. We have been making formal complaints to the leasing manager but they refuse to resolve the matter. Now we must take legal action to protect ourselves."

"My elderly mother and father have lived here for 11 years. Before my father passed, he was the maintenance man and kept the place up so well. This place used to be so nice. Management has changed hands so many times. This place has gone downhill so bad now. Trash is not kept up with as it should be, some residents are obviously so lazy they just let their trash sit out on the porch and draw flies and leak all over the place and drip down onto other resident's porches. The new people moving in now have no respect for others or themselves. They talk so disrespectful and hateful to the elderly, long term residents, who previously made it a nice place to live. These new tenants allow their children to just run wild. They don't keep their pets on leashes. They never clean up after themselves, their children or their pets. There are people staying with others who are not on the lease and not even legally supposed to be here. This is a HUD facility and income based and supposed to be, to my knowledge, here to assist the elderly, debilitated and handicap and single or low income parents and children. It is NOT supposed to be for thugs, drug dealers and able-bodied people who can and should be able to do better. Just pure laziness! I am trying to do everything I can to get my mother out of this place. All the other great tenants who lived there for years have already left due to how run down it has become . The owners, as well as the housing authority, needs to make a serious audit and inspection and implement immediate improvements , before the entire complex becomes nothing but a drug den and a blight on the community. Which as we all know, once that happens will be very difficult to turn back around."
