"HIGH UTILITY MANIPULATED RATES!!! I packed into this community 6 months ago and upon my entry sewer was low rate which is reasonable i.e $34 and water was same but to my greatest surprise I’m paying triple the price since December. The last payment I made was $235 for just water and sewer. I wasn’t even home for 3 weeks to use water in my apartment. Upon complaining to the management on such terrific high jump, I was told we use mass meter for our building. Am I made to pay to make up for other empty apartments in the building?? How can I be paying such outrageous rate for sewer and water!!! This is crazy!!! I made my findings, I realized most people have same issue but they don’t know where else to complain after going to complain at the leasing office several times with no resolution. Please some should help!! This is way too much for me. I’m a single mum!"

"I’m just looking through these reviews that came across my feed . I couldn’t agree more with them as far as the rudeness and lack of concern for their tenants.. who are people just like them. My daughter was one of their tenants and the first apartment they actually let her tour which was supposed to be ready for her to move in was covered with dead roaches. Paint was not new the rug was old and the blinds look like they have been there with someone who smoked day in and day out and also fried food ….broken up … Smelled bad. And this was supposed to be move in ready . When we addressed this to management we were greeted with rudeness and unconcerne, basically had to fight our way to get a different apartment. My grandson has allergies and there’s no way he could live in a roach ridden apartment . There’s plenty of apartment complexes to choose from in this area. This definitely should not be your first choice.."

"I have lived here for 3 years and the past year and a half has been a train wreck . Management is very rude and downplays your situation. I’m on a month to month lease , i was unaware they no longer offer month to month so they charged me 1800 after already paying rent for the month next months rent will be 3458 plus1800 . That’s a joke . and i have a family. I was told it was sent in a email . Normally they put lease renewals on the door . And anyway why check my email for a lease renewal if I’m on and been on month to month … make it make sense And i quote management said “ i can’t read the email for you” that’s so rude . Everyone in the office is RUDE . Maintenance moves on their own time with anything . Breezeways are always dirty . Trash always broken . Gate broke every other month . Packages get stollen from their “ mailroom”. There is mold in all the windows . There are police outside my building every night . I have seen drug needles on the floor while taking my 3 year old for a walk in the neighborhood. One day my sink leaked for 3 days straight before someone came to fix it . Then he comes and says “ i can’t fix what i can’t see “ so he did nothing and my sink continued to leak for two more days before someone else came to see about it . My AC has froze 3 times over the summer . My ice machine in my freezer broke , and instead of giving me a new one they took the fridge from old tenants upstairs didn’t even clean it first . And most of the parts were broken . When i moved in the people who lived here before me had a dog and wasn’t clean , these people just painted over the dirt so i couldn’t even clean the baseboards . They have roaches . the list goes on . Stay far away from this place i wouldn’t move here . I can’t wait to get out of this place it’s literally my worse nightmare i would give it a 0 if i could ."

"First night I moved in, I woke up to a flooded apartment this was in July. My ceiling still hasn’t been fixed.I’m a combat veteran and take medication to sleep. This morning(Sunday 10/22) my door has been banged on (all before 7 am.), I couldn’t answer because obviously I was asleep.The maintenance guy called the police and brought the sheriffs deputy to bang and aggravate the situation some more. My apartment is flooded for the guess what, fourth time since July. My packages get delivered but I don’t get them. As recent as this week, I asked Talia about where my package was since delivery says “ delivered to front desk” and she said she didn’t know. Although it says delivered she’s said I need to check with the sender. If it’s clearly been delivered how is it the senders issue?! Bottom line for what I pay for this apartment it isn’t worth it. Staff is nice/nasty and I’d rather leave but I’m stuck until July. Don’t move here, I’m telling you now. Pictures of the current flood and damage from the first one."

"I was really happy with the welcoming to the neighborhood, I’m really happy with the apartment I will be moving into soon, the whole process has been extremely easy and exciting, the office staff is very nice and accommodating to my expectations and needs. The renovation team is great an exceeded our expectation."
