"Lived here a good 7 years ago. It was awful. We didn't have bugs when we moved in but we had them when we left, and damn sure didnt take them with us. We were regularly charged for pest control fees but only saw the guy like twice. The closet doors in my bedroom FELL OFF AND LANDED ON ME. The "maintenance" guy was always wasted and at one point while we were moving out he tried to fight my boyfriend at the time who was 16, because my boyfriend told him not to make inappropriate comments on my body. I was 15. We never had any problems with our neighbors, everyone kinda kept to themselves. Definitely don't recommend this place in the slightest. Lived there because we didn't have a choice and we left as soon as we were able."
"I’ve been living here for awhile with no problems. Owners don’t put up with drama. The manager handles her business. The maintenance guy is nice. Apartments are older. Nothing flashy. Rent is on par with other properties nearby. One reviewer said there were no trees? The property is surrounded by them. Pest control sprays the units every month. I never see bugs."
"I don't live here but both of my sisters did in two separate Apartments they're not allowed to have flowers or any decorations on the porch of any kind also they evicted my sister and her family with children at Christmas payment would have been made a day late with rental cost way too expensive it's not much bigger than efficiency it's like a cubicle and management just seems a bit harsh"
"The Maintenance Man....He really is a great guy. Very curious and helpful...he is quick to fix whatever is going wrong in your apartment ..from a filter for your a/c-heater blower to replacing a water heater if needed. The Lady that runs the office..(Mrs. Caroline) She is very nice and is quick to address any situation That is brought to her attention. I have lived here almost 2 years and have no complaints with the folks that are the caretakers of the property."
"AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They put on a good front but this is not a nice safe place to live. The staff is rude, management is a joke, apartments are falling apart and they don't do the repairs that are needed. There are people knowingly saleing drugs out of their apartments and countless other who are using. I have lived here almost 2 yrs. A year ago it was welcoming and family friendly but it has gone downhill it is unsafe and horrible. RUN!!!!!!"
