He was personable, asking questions and making small talk while waiting for quotes to load and was helpful in explaining the advantages of an all metal building versus a traditional wood one. He offered his personal cell number if I had any questions, and I appreciated that he treated me like the one making the deal and spending the money (as was the case) despite having my dad with me. The building itself is beautiful, has an extensive warranty, and has several features that I specifically wanted like a barn door, windows, and a roll up door for equipment.
