"Took a Pixel in for a broken screen. Left it. Got a call a few minutes later telling me that they would have to do a factory reset on it. Said that Google requires it. It didn't make sense to me as I have had this exact screen fixed before without a reset, which I tried to tell them, but they insisted they could not fix it unless I allowed it. They also said they would back it up so they could reload it after the repair. So I said ok. Turns out that was not true and it did NOT have to be reset. They wiped everything on my phone for nothing! And all their backup saved was my contacts and pictures. I strongly recommend taking your devices to a different location. They clearly do not know what they are doing here."

"Victoria made the multiple visited I had to do to the store seamless. Went into the store originally to fix my phone, which the repair was done sooner than expected. At which time, I came in with another phone with a heavier repair, and she calls me, in about the same time of the other repair, that the second phone was ready. "Great experience! Came in on a Thursday to get an iPhone 8 Plus screen repair. They had to order the screen, which is understandable since it’s such an older iPhone model. They said the screen would be in by Sunday. I came in on Sunday at noon when they opened. Screen was in and the employee David told me it would be ready within a couple of hours at most. So I dropped it off and left. At 12:36pm I received a text message and email that the phone was ready for pick up! I just picked it up and the phone looks like new! Affordable price as well.
