"After originally coming in for a used Grom, I talked to David (sales consultant) and Red (manager) about beginner bikes generally, and Red recommended the Benelli TNT 135, which they had on sale. Both David and Red did a great job talking me through the pros and cons of the TNT vs Grom, and David held both bikes up while I got on them so I could get a feel for what it would be like riding them, which is especially important to me since I have a bad back. I came back about one week later and got the TNT. The finance manager (Matt, I think) was great about showing me my options and explaining how different things (extended warranty, gap coverage, etc) would affect my monthly payments. I hope I don't need another bike soon, but if/when I do, I'll be going back here."
