"Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I was a very good customer of theirs until recently. The promo for the free turkey that they had for Thanksgiving wasn't honored. At first, customer service told me I had to spend $150 from 11/1-11/11. Produced a receipt. Oh no, it has to be $150 before taxes. I was $3 off. That's cool because I didn't meet the requirements. I left and came back with a receipt for 11/10, and my total was $154. Oh no, it had to be 11/1-9. You said the 11th, no I didn't I said the 9th. The front-end manager says nothing just watches the exchange. So you'd rather lose a customer over a turkey and send that business down the road to your competitors who just opened up a few exits down? Silence. Easy decision for me. I will not be spending my money with BJs at all in any capacity"

"Terrible restrooms not enough for customers. Also big gaps in the doors so no privacy. Prices seem good but much rather go to Sam’s and pay more to get all around good experience. Food court also small reminds of target. Meat is cheaper at BJ’s. Free membership would draw more people but i personally still wouldn’t shop here. Also fruit looks a little better at BJ’s. overall maybe 3star review but i give it a 2."

"On 9/6 i shopped at the store using the coupon book that was mailed out. For gas discounts. I bought 17 items and should have got 1.70 off each gal of gas that didn't happen. They said I was only to get .50 off. This is a bait and switch program they have. I buy about 100.00 to 200.00 in gas each week and tell everyone about the savings. Not any more. I don't like being lied to. I read the coupon very closely and it said stack your purchases. This is wrong. I will stop buying my gas and groceries from now on."

"I loved going to this BJ's Store, this location is convenient for us. For weeks during our weekly shopping, the restrooms are always out of service for members to use. Last week outside BJ'' there was a Port-a-Potty set-up for members. I Do Not think that this is Very Healthy, and I don't we will be back."
