"This location is very well lit and clean. I never have an issue getting a shopping cart and my visits are quick (I always use Scan and Go). I am careful when picking the fruit though cause I have noticed rotten fruit still out for purchase."
"Tried to return items they still sell... Customer service rep was rude and unhelpful. This is not the 1st time we have had to deal with her. She is ALWAYS rude and unhelpful. The guy checking your receipts at the door did nothing but mumble... Couldn't understand what he said at all. Otherwise store is clean and meat center nice. Deli is always on point as well."
"For the love of all that’s holy, just don’t do a pick up order here! I have yet to experience them actually bringing my items to my car. I always wait a solid 15-20 minutes before I just go in and get them myself"
"Sam’s Club is a great store and great employees! As much as everybody LOVES the cafe, the cafe associates don’t receive as much respect as they should. Yes, the food is good but there shouldn’t always be only 2 people working the cafe. It’s too much work on them for however much they are getting paid per hour. I respect the 2 workers that were working the cafe today 12/14/23 around 5:00 pm because even though I could tell they were tired, they still didn’t act irritated or rude but continued to smile and take orders. Now that’s what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! They making the food, putting the food out, taking orders, and giving it to customers, AT THE SAME TIME!! Show them grace and stop complaining, respectfully. Money is already tight enough these days & being rude to the ones who’s brining you service is not gonna help. Just saying. Peace and Love!"
"We really love Sam's and shop here often. Prices getting a bit crazier but that is true most places. Often get a meal, pizza or got dogs but tonight was a mess. Rude employees, slapping food together, seemingly not enjoying their job. Got pizza and drink combo. Drink machine down again. Down last time we were there. In lieu of a large refillable drink, got one 12 oz. can that was not cold. No straws, no drink lids, no knives. Asked at cashier. Serious arlttitude. Replaced drink lids and that was all. Great bargain, quick, cheap meal but not worth attitude and sloppy service."
