"This was my third time at this store and my 2nd back to back, bad experience on both sides the range and when considering purchasing a firearm. Out of all the staff there, there has consistently been only one person (tall middle aged gentleman) that has always been professional and above and beyond courteous. I do not recommend the range nor buying firearms at this place. Most of the staff are too arrogant and the prices are not competitive with other stores within a 30-45 min driving range. I have heard of a inappropriate firearm discharge causing a person to get injured and during my first visit, seen a customer's firearm explode at the range. Based on all these factors... Customer Service, Cost of Products, and most importantly, Safety I am rating this location 1 star out of 5."

"For some odd reason, my husband has insisted on being a patron of this establishment multiple times for firearm purchases. However, I was less impressed by the piss poor customer service experience and overall rudeness of the staff. Well, today he experienced first-hand exactly how horrible their service truly is. I refused to accompany him inside the facility because of my personal disdain while he proceeded to pick up a layaway item. The guy assisting him was clearly under pressure by his fellow teammates as they were very harsh with their comments. My husband paid cash for the item and the guy forced him to walk outside to extract a dime from the car. The issue is not 10 cents, instead it’s the lack of professionalism within the staff members, lack of maturity and clearly inadequate conflict management. The owners really need to focus on improving the customer service experience if they wish for customers to return. As I sat in the car waiting for my husband to return, I read many negative reviews specifically about their customer service and I can see why. We will NOT return!"

Scott helped me today and went out of his way to show me a lot of option. This place has true southern hospitality and truly cares about their customers."
