"This team has fixed several of my appliances. From washing machines to refrigerators. What's impressive is the appliance that they DID NOT fix. I have always received a call and everyone that I have spoken to is very knowledgeable. A couple of times, the problem isn't with my appliance or the repair is more than the appliance is worth. Without being greedy, everyone shares their knowledge. Just having Deep South available for expertise is worth their service call."

"A midnight trek to my kitchen for something to drink and finding water all over my kitchen floor was scary! Finding where the water was coming from had me pulling out my phone to see who was rated high enough for me to call them. I needed someone that everyone felt was the best. Turning off the water to my refrigerator I called for an appointment to have someone to see if the refrigerator could be saved. Just a short time before he was to arrive I received a text letting me know he was near. He was right on time! No waiting and waiting for help to arrive. After removing the back panel the inside was throughly inspected. The refrigerator is nearly 20 years old but I was still suprised to hear there was rust everywhere. The exact spot that was damaged and leaking water could not be found even when the water was turned on. My serviceman was very polite and patiently described what he found. My refrigerator was still good for keep food chilled and the freezer section still worked. Unfortunately I could no longer use it for fresh filtered water or to make ice. It will be retired and placed downstairs for times when extra refrigerated food needed storing. The call I made to have someone to come check my refrigerator had me waiting only three days for service. The charge for this service was very reasonable. Everyone that I spoke with were polite and ready to get me the help I needed. With water all over my kitchen and seeping through the floor to my garage, I learned I did not need a plumber but someone to check my equipment. Deep South Appliance Service has definitely earned the five stars I have given them. Their information has been saved for anytime in the future I need their help again. I highly recommend calling them if you have equipment that is failing!"

"Deep South repaired our water line to our fridge. Discovered the problem and ordered the part. Once the part came in we scheduled a time. Could not believe the part that had to be replaced with all the water line attached to the part. He knew exactly what he was doing. Water was restored and we were very happy. Unfortunately the next morning the water was not dispensing from the fridge...I was sick to my stomach. We really use the water on the fridge. So I called Deep South and the assistant told me she would get back to me. The owner said he would come out within the hour to look at it. I was working so I trusted him to come into house (I know you have to be careful these days) but I felt I could trust him. He discovered the problem of a frozen water line, nothing the previous repairman had done because of the way Samsung makes the fridge. So he adjusted my temps for both the fridge and freezer...and guess what we had water the next morning. I was soooooooo happy. Deep South has their own folder now for when I need an appliance company and I WILL RECOMMEND THEM. Oh the assistant was very nice too."

"Deep South Appliance Service is the only place that we will call for any service needs. We had an issue with our Samsung ice maker and the team was quick to fix the problem and we now have ice again! In addition, a few months later we started getting an error code on the refrigerator and Bobby came back out and helped fix this issue as well. Super reliable, great customer service and grateful that we have a go-to for any appliance needs. It’s extremely rare to find this type of service and company. Cannot recommend enough!"

"Had problem with our dishwasher. Deep South Appliance came out the next day after we called. The guy was super nice and knowledgeable, he has over 30 years old experience so he definitely know what he’s doing. Also had the chance to speak with the owner (Bobby) after the service. Such a great and honest company. We will definitely use them again!"
