"I replaced one of my A/C systems last year with Cochran and the installation and service went very well. I had a problem with a second A/C unit and called Cochran to request a service call and review for replacement. They scheduled and appointment for the next day and at the end of the appointment time window called and said they were having truck problems and needed to reschedule. They rescheduled for 9AM-11AM the next day. They did not show up in the time frame and did not call. I called the office and was told that that they were tied up on another job. I cancelled and contacted another A/C firm. They lost the sale and installation of another unit and a customer. Unreliable"
