"Finding a good deal is hard to come by at times. Doing business with a good sales person is always fun. And that's why I'm writing this review to let you all know that Badcock is great store to shop at but to me their top sale associates Marcus is the most knowledgeable person my husband and I know in that store. Marcus you are one of a kind not only my Husband opened up an account with you but you got me to where I was very comfortable to opening up a account as well. The bedroom suit was all I have been asking for. Thank you so much Marcus for great customer service. "I went past this store several times. I was wondering what they sold but never had time to go in. Then I had a Client telling me how she always get her stuff from this store. So I decided to go. I was 1st greeted outside by the owner. He was really nice and telling me about the Labor day sell they was having. I seen a few pieces they had that I wanted...lol They had some very nice things. I purchased a Matress, Adjustable base and a Headboard. The Cashier was really nice too. She let me know the headboard was on back order. But thank God it came with the other items. It came sooner than Expected! Even though I had to wait 3 weeks to get my items delivered it was worth it. The Delivery Guys were great. They had excellent customer service too. They forgot to bring my Adjustable base but they went back and got it Asap. They came back out and delivered it super quick and the same day. This is My 1st King size bed... I Love it. You can put the Matress up, down it vibrate and so much more. I am so Excited! It was more than I expected. Thank you so much for Everything!"
