"Nice store, friendly employees. Just be careful about the tags under the items on sale. Some items were on sale only if you buy 5, price tag didn't show that clearly."

"So I just went into the Kroger here in Dallas Georgia and wanted nothing but a couple of cases of water and some soda. They had science displayed where it said bye to get three free so even though I won't drink that much soda for quite a while it still seems like a good idea to get the sale. So I go to the self checkout and ring up my items. I put in my Kroger Plus number and it still does not give me the proper discount so I asked the lady to please verify and she has somebody go over and look. The lady comes back and decides to tell me that there is no displays stating that sale. I walk her over and magically the signs are gone. All except for one. So now they have to honor the pricing. I ask to speak to the manager as I feel they were being dishonest. The guy comes up to me and asks me what I want him to do about it. I told him how I felt and the little fella decided to get angry at me. I asked for the number to corporate but he of course lied. 1-800-Kroger. One number short so I asked his name. Mr.Walker. I asked for his first name which he refused to give me. Sad, honestly. People should probably stay away from this Kroger. Bad service, lying and an all around bad attitude."

"This is my go to Kroger. Never had a problem. But I made a quick run on Sunday night 12/17 for a 24 pack of soda. The box was sealed properly. Not broken or anything. But when I opened the box it contained this vulgar letter tucked underneath the cokes. I am not sure if it was slid in during manufacturing, from another customer or from an employee stocking merchandise but I was pretty offended. The note is in the photo."

"Love this Kroger. Visiting from Canada and have gone to this store twice. Was delighted with the customer service, cleanliness, range of products, fresh fruits and vegetables, baking, easy to use carts that roll well, there’s literally not a bad thing I could stay about the store. Thank you for your hard work. Great store! PS the sushi they make there is delicious!"

"I typically do not do grocery pickup because of this exact reason. I was trying to order online to order my grocery and I kept getting an error code every time I went to pay for my groceries. I tried like 4 diffrent times and even used several diffrent cards. I finally had to call Customer Service in order for them to have the error code removed and I had to wait 10 min and not modify anything to finally complete my order. Well...... that pushed back my pick up time and I was okay with that no biggy. ( Not the store problem, that is a System issue.) I got home and began to put my groceries up when I noticed that the mushrooms I purchased were brown/black and no they were not Baby Bella Mushrooms, they were White Sliced Mushrooms. Now I use to work in produce for a big chain grocery store so I know when something is bad or can be salvaged. Tell me why did anyone think that it was acceptable to pick these mushrooms and say "hey they are okay and totally able to be consumed." No they are not. they are bad and needed to be thrown out. They should not have even been on the sales floor to begin with. I will not be ordering via pick up again from this location. You guys should do better and really pay attention to what your selecting for your customers. iIf you wouldnt eat it you shouldnt pick it. I would have rather not had the item than waste my money on an item I could not eat."
