"You notice mostly all Krogers employees look so sad like they don’t want to be there if you don’t want to be there let someone be there who wants to be there .They be in there looking so sad every time you go in to Krogers to buy groceries it make you start looking sad it”s the energy for me. Krogers just have good food that”s it but the energy and peoples it” a no because they just don’t seem happy to be there at all."

"Making a review for Leslie at this Kroger off of Dallas/Acworth Highway. She is one of the manager's for Customer Service. Leslie is always so polite, bubbly, ready to serve and knows how to address customers to handle their needs. She should get a raise. Leslie is such an example of what every employee should be. What an asset!"

"It’s amazing how far this Kroger has gone downhill. They’ve replaced the self checkout machines with ones that are worse in every way - poorly laid out, slow, and far fewer. The old self checkout machines are still there but they refuse to use them. It might not be a problem if there were more than a couple regular lines open, but the line to check out always seems to pile up. Besides that, there always seems to be expired meat in the meat department and the aisles are impossible to navigate since they’ve cluttered up the walkway with useless displays. I only shop here for the occasional significant discount nowadays because their “low low low” prices are incredibly expensive. I go to Publix instead for the majority of items and haven’t noticed my grocery bill increase."

"We made a quick stop at this Kroger for a bag of ice. It wasn't too early on a Sunday, so there was a good amount of customer traffic. The parking lot has charging stations so that's a plus. I don't know how old this store is but the layout is funny. You walk into a plethora of displays, which feels tight to me. I'll say the same about the self checkout. We were able to quickly purchase our ice and grab the bag. The system has two sizes (7 lb and 16 lb), but only the 7 lb is offered. Funny enough there wasn't anyone at the self checkout booth but we didn't need any assistance. For a quick trip, it was a decent experience."

"Pretty bad that I had to wave around a plastic bag to see if any of the produce I wanted was safe. So. Many. Fruit flys. They were on everything. The produce was terrible. If I hadn't needed other things I wouldn't have bought anything. Absolutely disgusting. I've made mention of this to "managers" before and nothing is being done."
