"Dollar General left me utterly disappointed with their abysmal service. Despite the seemingly friendly cashier, the overall disorganization marred my experience. It took an agonizing 10 minutes for her to locate the key to open the propane tank gates, and then an excruciating 25-minute wait for the manager to appear. When he finally did, his lackadaisical approach was infuriating; no compassion or sympathy for the considerable wait. His futile attempt to find the key resulted in a blunt statement that exchanges were impossible that day, showcasing a blatant disregard for customer service. A frustrating ordeal, leaving me empty-handed after wasting 35 minutes. Thanks for nothing, Dollar General."

"When we first moved to the area this place was the go to place, now they're always out of stuff or they have stuff that's been recalled on the shelves. This new lady working the register today was rude, didn't bag all of my items (so I had to bag everything), put 8 heavy items in one bag without double bagging it (so I had to), then proceeded to tell the lady behind me to come up when I was having to bag the stuff she didn't. Also a cake pan that was a $1 two days ago, and still says a dollar the manager is now charging $4.28 for it. The employee's are a joke and so is this store!!"
"Love my local dollar general. Worst time to go is right after school lets out or weekends. As usual DG are under staffed and the staff are under appreciated. There is one gentleman who I will have to say is fairly rude and hardly ever seems like he is in a good mood. But that's retail for ya. They have a nice little selection for the home decor section. I love the little 3 cube shelves. And there only like 17 bucks, so great thing. The self checkout is great, when they have in working. The new produce selection is convenient especially if you don't want to drive too far or need something in a pinch."
