"My review is for Costco Tire which there is not a separate google pin for... They broke one of my tire pressure sensors when I got new tires installed. They said it was not their responsibility and it just "went out". Now I'm stuck with a non-working sensor and afraid to have them do the rotations. As for the Costco store itself. 5 stars."

"Piggybacking off the review about selectively asking certain customers to pull out their ID along with their Costco card at self-checkout. While in line, my husband and I noticed that the employee at the self-checkout area was directing customers to open checkouts without having them pull out their membership cards AND their ID. When it was our turn to checkout, the guy stopped us and asked for both the Costco card and a form of ID, even though we actively saw him never ask anyone else in front of us to do so. This was the third time this happened to us in the span of two months and we can’t help but feel profiled. Definitely an uncomfortable experience."

"Rude associate at the return counter. Did not say good morning or hello. Just stared at me as I said hello and stated the item I was returning was too large to pick up from the cart. She asked to scan my Costco card and I provided her with the receipt and my dad's Costco card. She rudely informed me that I couldn't shop there without a card of my own which I was not trying to do. I stated I wanted to exchange the item for another as it was a Christmas gift from my elderly parents and I did not want them to have to come back up there in the cold to get me another one. She again very rudely said they don't do exchanges and I can't shop there. I said okay and the $300 item was returned to my parents Visa. I will definitely never get a membership at Costco due to the extremely rude employee. I'm also going to let my parents know about the interaction in case they would like to cancel their membership as well. It's not that difficult to say Good morning and inform someone of a company policy in a respectful and polite way."

"Great products, so much fun to shop here. Prices are good. I also have a Sam's Club membership and I really like the Costco isn't owned by Walmart and I feel better buying their products. I know their diapers are much better quality than Sam's club. I find myself constantly comparing them and I like Sam's club's app and the ability to check yourself out and pay for everything and keep track of all your receipts including your gas receipts, on the app. I love that I never have to pull my wallet out while I'm shopping there but honestly that is the only thing I like better about Sam's club."

"It’s was great experience to shopping here in COSTCO. it’s very convenient having very lower prices of brands than market. Membership is essential for shop here otherwise can’t enter in store."
