"Have been trying to get a service appointment for months now. Had one scheduled, they never showed up and never rescheduled. Then the owner or store manager came to my apartment to look at my couch herself, said she would order a part. Haven't heard back for over a month now. Customer service needs work, no one ever follows through or follows up on anything. Still have a broken couch and I've been forgotten completely by the multiple people I've talked to and the store manager/owner whoever she was herself."

Feebee..was willing to order additional night stand for us..to the girls getting our paper work together...to the delivery guy's. We have been with Farmers for years ...the only problem...Our mini refrigerator (gift), was not available but on back order..this seems to always be a problem...getting your gift. However, hopefully we will get it...Thank you for providing good service."
"They sold us a broken dryer!!! We purchased the insurance on the dryer and everything they've yet to take care of this problem they just say they'll call back yet they never do!!! They're hateful on the phone and threatened to sue instead of just fixing the dryer like we wanted!!! Horrible business with horrible business practices save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else!!!!! This dryer could burn my house down the calls we made with yall were recorded let's go to court!!!"
