"Would not recommend this location to anyone needing vehicle service. Made an appointment to get AC system serviced, took time off work, called to confirm the appointment, then drove 60 miles to their location. Upon arrival was informed the appointment is just for the opportunity to drop my car off and my car wouldn’t even be looked at until Monday (today is Thursday). I asked if it was possible to make an appointment in the traditional sense, as in my vehicle is seen at the time of my appointment and was told no. Unless you are prepared to get a rental or a hotel room, I’m not sure how this is a viable business model."

"I love my new to me 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. From the time I requested information, to the time I purchased the truck, it was a pleasant, no pressure experience. I was provided all the details of the truck and financing. My salesperson, Lane Wallis was amazing, had everything ready for us when we arrived. My finance guy, Chance was awesome as well, and extremely helpful when it came to my questions on extended warranties. Which I never have purchased in my 56 years, but did for the first time. The dealership cleaned the truck and filled it up with gas, what more can you ask. Here is the most amazing part of this experience. On the way home I noticed that the heat did not get as warm as it should. I contacted Lane the next business day and told him about my problem. Not expecting anything but some advice from his service department. What came next is what makes a dealership like this one. He immediately went to his service and sales manager and they are going to fix the heat for me, and loan me a vehicle since I live three hours away. Can you really ask for anything more from a salesperson and/or a dealership. We will be buying another truck in the next year and it will come from Lane and this dealership. "Very disappointed. Dropped my truck off for a scheduled full service appointment and needed them to also check my battery and charging system while it was there because twice I’ve had to jump off my truck in as many weeks. When I pick my truck up the guy said “oh, we didn’t find anything wrong, but you can come back and leave it with us to check some more”. Which if there is a problem they should have been able to tell that when they “check it out” and then they could have schedule me for another appointment if they were unable to fix it then. I honestly doubt they took the time to check it because it was the end of the day, But the kicker is, he said his mechanic recommended that I have one of my tires looked at and get a fuel filter put on. I looked at him in shock and said “fuel filter?, why would you have not put a fuel filter in on a full service? I have had a full serving done there three time and the fuel filter is part of that and has always been changed” He started beating around the bush as to why they didn’t do and then just said “well, we just ran out of time”. They scheduled the appointment for the full service knowing what it would take but only did half a job. Now I’m going to have to carry it to another shop just for the fuel filter. That’s a sad way to do customers. It seemed to me that they were more interested in what was on their phones then customer service. They can take my name and email out of their system because I won’t be going back somewhere where you pay a premium price because it’s a dealership and get sub par services. There are plenty of other places that will do what you pay them for. If I was asked, I would not recommend them simply because of that."
