"I'd been having such a difficult time finding the right shoes for an upcoming event. I'd been to several stores and along with limited options their customer service left something to be desired. I am so grateful for the assistance is received form Jaleah at this location. Even though i only had a vague idea of the kind of shoes I needed, she was patiently showed me a few options until i found exactly what I needed. My feet tend to be a little wide, and she was still able to accommodate my needs. I plan to return and make additional purchases. The staff at this location should be praised for their fine patience, effort and professionalism."
"The only shoes I have found that I can wear all day on my feet (9 hours) and my back and feet never has pain! Not all their shoes have worked the same, but I swear by their women's Zerogrand brand."
"I bought shoes from here about a week ago. I was not informed that they were not returnable. I went in to return the shoes and the cashier told me I couldn’t return them but I could exchange them. Apparently the reason I couldn’t return them was because they were clearance. When I agreed to exchange them for the same shoe but a larger size, I was informed I’d have to pay additional money because the shoes were no longer on clearance. These shoes were already fairly expensive to begin with. The cashier helping with the exchange faked his initial sympathy and when I took him up on his offer to exchange the shoes his attitude changed from sympathy to total irritability and acted as if the situation had suddenly become inconvenient. Overall this store has little integrity. Do not shop here."
"I picked up two pair of shoes for reasonable price for Cole Haans the staff was very friendly and very patient as you can see from my pictures I tried on like eight different pair before I decided on the two pair that I chose but they did not give me any awkward feeling or anything like that they were super helpful through the entire process so I would definitely recommend this store"
