"This is the most racist store I ever been here in the US. The manager refused to sale three T-shirts for me and some items for my friends visiting from Brazil when she heard us speaking Portuguese at the checkout. She said we would not take anything from her store to Brasil. Humiliated us in front of the employees, customers and made me feel so nervous I couldn’t stop crying. I had to call the police and make a report after her screening at us and not giving a reason when I asked. The first time this happened to me after 24 years in this country, and is a shame that Ralph Lauren has this kind of employee as a manager. And sad that racism is happening now and unpunished. If you speak a different language, make sure you don’t go in there if you intend to speak with others. The hateful manager may not let you make a purchase and try to give you a Criminal Trespass Notice to make sure you never buy anything if you’re not an American."

"I think I've had the best overall experience when it comes to shopping in the Ralph Lauren Polo Store, customer service was very on-point and friendly and also very helpful and helping me select certain shirts and sizes. They seem to always have a sale going on which is really good because paying full price for anyting in that store is ridiculous so going there shopping when they have certain coupon codes for certain percent off as well as a sale going on, you're definitely winning so check them out"
