"Very positive experience. Sales person was very helpful in fitting me, helping me try on different sizes and getting the right fit and style. I was disappointed that there was not more variety in the larger sizes because I had planned on buying several. I bought the only one they had on hand in my size. I have to get the rest online. "Toni is amazing! Takes time to help the customer and really is a pleasure to shop with. However today my comfortability with this store has been compromised when I discovered a male dressed as a woman working there. I had to do a double take. This is a store that caters to women in regard to bras, panties, etc I get where we are in this nation in regard to equality and diversity but there has to be a line drawn somewhere.... this is unacceptable..."
"My favorite store all over again. I use to always shop at lane Bryant back in the day when I worked office jobs then once the pandemic hit I didn't have a need to shop there. Just recently I went in to get bras and underwear during the semi annual sale and I fell in love again with their clothes, underwear, jackets all thee above and this location is awesome I like the staff they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about bras as they help me choose the correct style and fit to my liking. This location has a great selection and I will definitely be visiting again soon. 10/10 would recommend!"
"Holly and Abby(?) Greeted me warmly when I came in and Holly spent nearly an hour trying to help me find the right bra size in store. They have a huge bra selection as far as styles and sizes. She found several close sizes and determined what size would work and we ordered it to come to the store so she can help make sure it's a good fit. It is not common anymore for someone in retail to genuinely care and it was such a delight."
"It ridiculous I just drove over 20mins out of my way to make a return when they advertise online they are open until 8p only to find out they closed at 7p. Should idk update your hours online."
