"7/29/2023: Rude fitting room associate named Carlin or whatever with similar pronounce. Literally it’s just that she walked me into the fitting room and I was still trying out my first pant and there she is and tried to open the door for the first time, I spoke to stop her. And still trying my second pant, she directly open the door this time with no pause and she seemed surprised for the fact that a person was using a fitting room for 5 minutes! I love her surprising face and no word of “sorry”. She did it intentionally and not sure if she’s being racial or something else but her voice talking to others is 2 key down and the voice she talked to me was like a Chihuahua. Highly recommend that she try out another career that instead of working as a service person, she should be on the scene of a straight play and being a superstar over the Broadway due to the fact that she can hold her face still and play both the surprising eyebrow left and the nutcracker mouse for over 5 minutes but with no actual surprise in her eyes. I actually bought 2 clothes that I really adored but just as I walk out on the street, my brain is keeping thinking “what I’ve paid is going to be contributing to her wages” so I came back and asked for a refund. Not worth it. The other girls there today are nice and sweet, it’s just a bad apple ruins it all."

"The workers are extremely rude. I’ve never written a bad review, but when I tried to get a dressing room, I was greeted with silence and crazy looks. There were 3 workers back there and when I asked for a room, I was looked at as if I was a booger on the wall. Not one worker greeted me. One of the girls were named Macy, I’m neverrr coming back to this location."
