"i truly never leave bad reviews, but the woman greeting at the counter was just genuinely rude. after a whole exchange/return debacle, i was told to have the day i deserve to which i replied with the same and added “thank you for being petty.”"
"Very unpleasant experience here. There were two workers at the counter and no one greeted my sister and I. Furthermore, they spent the entire time we were shopping chatting about plans of going out Wednesday and the weather. It would’ve been nice to have some help on the floor to find items. Found several items I wanted to buy but decided to leave because of the lack of professionalism and friendliness."
"I don't typically take the time to write bad reviews but when you ignore someone when they are asking a question to you directly you deserve to be called out. My niece had to get a different dress before her graduation ceremony because the one she originally bought did not fit well. She came back to the house upset because she was ignore and told they didn't have any white dresses, even though they were some in plain view through back door. Bad customer service needs to be corrected."
"Usually have very good experiences at this location. However, while shopping today I can say that I encountered one of the rudest people in retail I’ve ever come across. The woman that checked me out was extremely unfriendly, didn’t respond at all when I warmly greeted her, and never cracked a smile. On top of that she tried to overcharge me $10 on a BOGO deal. When my husband said something regarding the overcharge she blamed me instead of just fixing it. I didn’t need an apology whatsoever but some professionalism would have been appropriate. I never write reviews but I truly feel this woman should not be in any sort of front facing position towards customers."
"If you are looking for a unique gift this is a good place to check...most products appeal to females (clothing and jewelry is all for women). There are lots of unusual and/or useful products available. Even when I don't make a purchase here I still enjoy browsing. They also have created signature fragrances at reasonable prices.. "The Romantic" has become my daily scent. Frequent sales for shoppers who like to save...lots of bogo opportunities."
