"Purchased a hat on 5/12. Decided wasn’t right for me and brought it back with receipt and in New condition to location. Was told they could not return or exchange. Back of receipt says I can. I won’t be returning and I will be contacting my bank. So not only will I get a free hat, I’ll get my money back. Bad customer service"

"I came here specifically to get some hats from you guys, but the store was closed because whoever was on shift posted a note saying they were taking an hour lunch break at the busiest part of your day. I understand taking a break but if you are the only one working then get your food and come back."

"I need to call Corporate, it’s 8:44 pm, I got here at 8:30 and the door was locked, a young man walked out with his lady friend, they said they were closing early! They’re in the store with the door locked and in the back. She doesn’t work here but just hanging out. I’ve watched numerous customers try to open the door but we’re not sure what they’re doing."

"This is the WORST lids store with the WORST staff I have ever encountered. They are also the worst store at any outlet mall I have ever been to. I called ahead of time to the store to see if a certain hat could be made, the staff confirmed they could make it. I show up, and they did not greet me, and I waited in line as the second person for over an hour without any acknowledgment. They finally get to me, just to tell me the hat could not be made at all. I drove an hour out of my way, waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes just to be told incorrect information. They also do not open when they are supposed, change their set outlet hours, and are rude to customers. I will never purchase anything from this store, and tell anyone to avoid this store and go to a different location to save their time. My friend went in just this morning at 11 an hour after they open at 10, only to be kicked out without any reason."

"I came in Monday evening, excited about a new hat. Being that this was my first time shopping for a hat I was expecting to be helped but instead wasn’t greeted at all. There was no one in the store but me and the manager Terell, he didn’t even look up from his phone when I entered the store. I proceeded to Ask him a few questions, which he answered with a bad attitude. He didn’t even come from behind the counter to assist me, he stayed on his phone The entire time. Frustrated, I left the store without purchasing, he did not care try to assist me AT ALL! I was upset because my intentions were to purchase a hat, I left unsatisfied. He should really work on his customer service, as a manager he should be driving sales not sitting on his phone ignoring customers ."
