"This was my first time at The Sketchers Factory Store. I was not sure what to expect. I have had issues with my knees and a friend of mine wears the micro-burst, she has the same issue as I do. I was looking around at the different styles & associate Emily asked me if I needed help finding anything. She was absolutely amazing, patient & went out of her way to climb up and down the ladder with a smile on her face to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I find one pair but left with 2. LOL Wish I had this kind of customer service at other stores. You can tell she really loves her job & it shows. She also was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and ask for Emily every time. Oh & I will call ahead to make sure she is working."
