"If I could rate them a -10 I would. Went there to get some braids, showed them the photo and color I wanted, they pulled my hair so tight my scalp was bubbling up. Did not finish my hair at ALL, took numerous breaks, and called the law enforcement on me because I asked them to take my hair down."

"Absolutely 0 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND! I came at 9:30 and waited for them to open at 10! I was the first person in the chair and 2 clients have come and gone getting the same style as me and I am still here! Exactly 10 hours later and I’m still not finished. My braider took two food breaks and breaks to change a child and multiple bathroom breaks. My time is just as valuable. This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate! I will never book again! I don’t even understand how they still expect me to pay full price at $240!! Do not waste your time or money. To make matters even worse I corrected her on my hair multiple times and it’s still NOT what I asked for."
"My experience was awful. First they tried to braid my scalp in the hair, it was extremely too tight. I don't want sores in my head. The my real hair was not completely braided . My real hair (which is colored) was sticking out. I informed then that I was very dissatisfied and was only given 10.00 back"
