"This store has changed completely.. new people new vibes. I used to go in and nobody is around to help, I walked in and was greeted Loud and welcoming by Kali the new assistant manager….. very helpful…. The other associate Maleek even helped me lift a case of cans because I’m injured at the moment. Real good vibes"
"I like Dollar General. They covenant, and have good variety of items at a reasonable price. However, they are often poorly stocked and out of items. It is inconsistent from store to store. I would think that if one store has certain items in stock on a regular basis and another Dollar General is out of stock most of the time that the problem could be store management issues. Maybe lack of SOP, budget, training, pro-active corporate oversight. I don't know what the issue is but I think it's a shame. They have so many good qualities and still fall short in of their potential."
"This dollar general has truly went down the tubes. I wish they would either get it together or close. Not the employees fault it is the franchise itself. Lack of pay, hours, and staff has caused the stores they own to be in a constant state of disarray. Get it together or close."
"This store has a little bit of everything. The particular store that I frequent sometimes is not handicap friendly because the isles are small and then they stick stuff in the isles or at the very end of rows making it difficult to maneuver if you are in a motorised wheelchair as I am. But I still like the store and the workers."
