"As I sat in the chair having some dental work performed I noticed the efficient and steady pace with which he and his assistant he worked. They were friendly in conversation and though I was obviously not able to speak with all the goings on, I never felt excluded from the conversation. :) Much attention and consideration was given to my comfort. He communicated clearly that his goal was that I would not at any point have pain. And indeed I did not. The up to date technology used was impressive and the results even more so. All work done was clearly explained to me in a lay language during the visit prior and I never felt pressured to have the work done within a given time.
