"I have been here three times and everyone has been very pleasant and professional, with the exception of today. I went in for a crown and cleaning - the person (I forgot her name) who initially assisted me and did the final crown fitting was so pleasant, efficient and kind. The dentist was also kind. The hygienist (also forgot name) was absolutely horrible! Her demeanor was awful, I felt uncomfortable immediately. The tools were dropping, she seemed very out of it. She was so rough on my teeth I could not believe how hard she was scraping my teeth with the metal tool. I understand scraping is needed but I have been getting my teeth cleaned for almost 3 decades and have never had my teeth scratched like that. The cleaning was minimal, she brushed, got a stain off. No polishing, no fluoride (perhaps that is all that is included, which is what it is). I would not return if I had to encounter that hygienist again. Otherwise everyone else seems wonderful there."
"Ive been going here almost 13 years they have yet to hire anybody better than Brook she always took her time and done so well my last 2 visits has been the worse the last dentist only fully cleaned one side of my mouth today i got a cleaning and boy it was painful and the lady didnt bother to floss my teeth maybe because it was at the end of the day but still we only get a cleaning every 6 months so I definitely want it done right .They all are sweet but its their job"
