"Really!!! I am a female and you gave me a man's hair cut. I called for 2 days and no one answered. Had to go in person to get an appointment. They scheduled me an appointment with Renita. I look like I went to a barber.. really!!! Use some judgement. This is NOT a femine haircut!!! Will not be back. Not blended.. cut my hairline up about 1/2 inch.. not good.."
