"Last time I was there I called first to make sure that they had what l wanted. They said yes. Got there and they didn't know what I was talking about and didn't have what I needed. Today I was there to buy a utility trailer that was on sale. Called first and they said they had one left. Got to store and their computer system was down so they couldn't make the sale. Wasted my time again going to this store. Like to shop local but never again at this Tractor Supply."
"I am highly disappointment with the customer service, I received today from the manager name Kasey. I ask one of the associates who greeted me at the door, If they had storage totes. Before the associate could answer, Kasey rudely interrup t and said “No I don’t have that!”. Then I asked if she had any storage containers even the tall ones. She said “ No I don’t have those!” She still didn’t try to look it up. So I asked Kasey if I ordered them online will they be shipped to the store or to my home? She replied,” you will have a choice!” at this point, I felt that I was being rude and hostile to me for no reason, so I just started looking around since I drove a hour to get and this was my first time in the store. And to my surprise the storage container was on the shelf. I took the container up the front and showed Kasey, she chuckle, said that’s not what she call those she call them Truck Storage Container! She then got very hostile saying she been there for 5yrs and all type of mess with her body language and walking off. I wasn’t expecting that. This was not good for business and other employees to see her act the way she acted!"
"I think the name pretty much describes what you'll find here but if you're looking for feed you can probably get it cheaper at the Henry County Feed Mill. 1/29/23 went back again today, ordered 50# of grass seed online, walked in and walked right back out. Easy!"
