"I usually don't give out negative feedback but they deserved it today. We placed an online order 4x's, order went through, payment processed and when we got to to the store they said they didn't have it. (It could've been a system error, who knows.) They charged the bank 3x's, refunded one payment after it was cancelled by someone. However, I was still billed twice for one order that they mysteriously never got. The people at the store had no customer service skills and started being rude. They got attitudes and acted like it wasn't their problem. We were frustrated too because we needed a starter for our car. A part they had in stock that we paid for twice today! I had a bad experience with AAP in the past and told myself I'd never go there again. Well we went there again today and they basically proved to me that they don't care. Working in retail is a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. If you hate it, go somewhere else, don't ruin a company's reputation."

"To say I trust this location employees knowledge regarding my vehicles would be an understatement. The customer service is top notch. Mr. Randy helped me out in the last minute of the store closing as if I was the first person of the day, and I appreciate that so much!!! Jay is the General manager there and I met him over 10 yrs ago when I first moved to the area. Jay never let me down with explaining the parts I need or providing any help that he can . His leadership shows throughout his store. I appreciate you Mr. Randy for helping me out at the last minute!! Now my daughter car is back on the road again!"

"Very rude service! Came in to have a check engine light looked at. First the guy wanted to make me wait until all the other customers cleared the store, but then went outside when another man came in asking for the check engine light diagnosis too. As soon as he got the code, he didn't bother to answer any questions (or he doesn't really know anything about cars) and told me to "just Google it" and walked away. Very disrespectful."

"Hate to sound like a broken record, but ManagerJay Burton is the real deal Holyfield! He treated me like a long lost family member at the family reunion. This Advance Auto trip was more than memorable, I made a new best friend! You must go by the Keys Ferry location in Mcdonough, Ga. and meet him, you’ll be glad you did. Let me add that I was totally shocked they carried the Mann oil filter for my wife’s BMW."
