"I was an Allstate customer for over 11 years. For the most part, my experience was good until new leadership took over this branch. I’ve now switched and am saving $1400+ per year. Context When I was in a wreck earlier this year, this branch told me to keep making payments on my old car (now totaled) and that once I bought a new one my insurance payments would be credited to the new one. As you might have guessed, this was a lie. Once I bought a new car, they informed me that whoever told me that didn’t tell the truth. And under no circumstances could they give me a refund, despite me having paid insurance on a car that was totaled at no fault on my own. Thus, my insurance search began. TLDR; choose another insurance company. Allstate is double the price for less coverage and this branch doesn’t care about their customers."
