"I want to give them a great review but I can't. If I was able to deal with the manager Chris the whole time them I would give it a better review. Let me start of with first giving the manager Chris a big thank you. If it wasn't for him getting involved the score would have been a 1. However, I have dealt with this shop in the past and never had issues until now. The estimator Mike by far gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Mind you I have been on that side and never gave anyone poor customer service in my life. He barely returned my calls or text messages. I explained to him that I left messages with the front desk for him to call me back and he would say he never got them. Once I got my truck back almost 2 months later, my right side wheel molding came off as I was driving on I20. They worked on my left side but had to remove part of my right side molding. I sent him a text and picture of it coming off and not reply, I called the office and left a message. When I final got him on the phone he said they didn't remove the right side molding. I explained to him the they did and the paperwork shows it. He said we would have to look at the truck first before they could do anything. So I brought it by and when he looked at it he first tried to tell me I hit something and then said someone must be playing a tricks on me and messing with my truck. I cussed him out and that's when Chris showed up and apologized for the how I was treated and said that they would order the piece to fix my truck."
