"If I could go back and have my vehicle towed somewhere else, I would. Avoid them. They have the worst customer service and need a lesson in running a business efficient and effectively. My vehicle sat it the gravel lot approximately 5 weeks before I knew any of the damage and cost of repairs. I had to call constantly to get updates to see when I would know this information. Once I finally was given this information then I’m told it would be a few more weeks because they had to order parts and hoped they would arrive soon. The parts could have been ordered and ready if it had not sat for 5 weeks. As of today, it has been 7 weeks and still waiting for parts. I have yet to be given a time frame of how long it will take to finish the repairs once the parts do come in. In the meantime, I’m still in a rental that is being paid for by the person at faults insurance. Hmmm and we wonder why our premiums are so high. The rental car company is racking in the dough and Cushman’s seems to be in no hurry. Good luck if you do use Cushman’s but I would not recommend them to my worst enemy."

"Hit a deer and had to get an estimate for damages. Was able to call and get times when they do them and the lady on the phone was very nice (Sarah I believe). Went in as a walk-in to get it estimated and was immediately helped (by Chip I believe). Super nice people and they were able to get my info to my insurance in less than 20 minutes. Real professionals, very flexible, and willing to be helpful and transparent about damages and repairs."

"Great experience! Received periodic updates throughout the duration of my car being in the shop. Chip was very pleasant to work with. The lady at the front counter was also very informative and answered all of my questions."

"I took my car in to Cushman’s repair, beginning with an insurance claim estimate. Their claims manager took pictures of the damage, which she said would be provided to the Cushman estimator, who would send to my insurance company. That was 6 weeks and four phone calls ago, to include calls from my insurance company. Cushman’s never sent the estimate into my insurance company. I go in to Cushman’s today to inquire of the same person who took the photos, and she first said she told folks previously to work it, then she said they were backlogged. I said it’s been six weeks, and I would like to see a manager. She said “I am the manager, and the owners are off the property”. She wasn’t apologetic, nor offering any solutions. She was simply disinterested, so I told her to delete my whatever and I’ll take my business elsewhere, which she was apparently fine with."

"Had my truck towed into Cushmans a few days after my accident and two months later I’m driving my truck again, looks and feels new again. Couldn’t be happier. We take all our vehicles here if need be and we’ve never had a bad experience. Only thing that could be a little better is communication. They might not call you on Tuesdays and Thursdays like they say. You can always call them and they will still give you updates. I still think Cushmans is worth 5 stars!"
