"I'll rent from here again when it's time, they were very courteous, there is an option to provide information ahead of time so I did that. From the time I arrived until the time I was driving away in the rental car was maybe 10 minutes, if that. Be prepared for a tiny little office when you arrive (the rep that I worked with even apologized for how crowded and cramped it was), but the service was top-notch, I'd recommend this store to anyone."

"My wife and I dropped a van off and we forgot we left my wireless headset in the van. I went back the next morning and they said the van had been cleaned and they didn't find my headset when we know for a fact that it was left in the van. Don't rent from this one. If you forget anything of real value in the vehicle you won't get it back because apparently the person who does the cleaning is dishonest and won't return it."

"Had a reservation for April 14. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very condescending agent that was cold and had a very bad attitude. I then was told that I could not rent with my debit card and an out of state license. Never had this issue before and I've probably rented with you 20 times. My husband has a business account with you. So I changed the reservation to my sister who did have a credit card but she was told she needed two bills to Verify residency she doesnt have that so I was unable to rent with you. Very upset and I'll probably have my husband switch to another company."

"I had a reservation by my insurance company to pickup a car and talked to a representative at the time I did my estimate at Cushman body shop and I was told that I need to have $50 deposit . I asked to confirm that if I need a credit card for the size of vehicle I am renting and i was told no debit card and two bills will be fine. A week later I went to drop my vehicle and the story changed that I needed a credit card. When I tried to explain to the manager I was told that I was too upset that she did not feel comfortable rent me a vehicle. So I was left to find another location by myself and when I asked the manager about her district manager information I was ignored twice befor she gave me the email since she claimed the district manager did not have a phone number"
