"Upon getting a storage unit at the Washington rd location in Evans the young lady that waited on us was phenomenal and that is why we ended up renting two units from there. Upon returning after the weekend we were confused about the units and so I walked in with my son to ask and the lady working was the exact opposite. She came across as if we othered her for coming in and was very distant as if she was afraid to even work with is. She hurried along to the unit by herself and when we caught up she just stated it was this unit ad walked clear across the parking lot to not have to have any interaction with us and didn't say one word. If we hadn't have already started loading one of the units I probably would have change storage facilities to be honest. Customer service was not her strong point or at least not with us."

"I was a new hire fired after 5 days some would say I am bitter and this maybe rightfully so. I was called and asked about my first week and I expressed a true assessment of leadership and the racist treatment of being followed, nick picked and talked down to. I tried to contact upper management and of course no one returned my call. There goes the open door policy. Then told to take my lunch, then called by Hr. to check up on my first week then told since I am new I am terminated. At one moment my resume got me the job however when the staff on the local level seen I was Black. Then the problems and issues started and I expressed this and instead of management taking the position of figuring out the validity of my experience. I know without a doubt the recidivism and revolving door will increase dramatically. The staff comes in late everyday one issue after another. Covering for each other wasting company money on mileage for unnecessary trips because a proper day can not be planned. Don't tell the truth these people prefer a lie so they don't have to make hard choices and changes. The paradigm shift is real. In all my years if a new hire or employee of mine came to me to tell me of an issue. Then I would address and figure out resolution for the entire team not an us against you approach. I am sure others feel this way just chose not to use google. I had to give at least one star the facility, prices location and cleanliness is on point. The staff is very hard to work for at that location being black."
