"Everyone is so nice and honest! They let me know that I had things wrong with my car that would cost more than my cars worth, but they recommended that I try to trade it in instead. They would do the work if thats what I wanted but that it wouldn't be worth it for the miles and age of my car. I don't know many places that would do that! Most would have fixed stuff just to make some money instead of being honest like that! I have my whole family getting their vehicles fixed and worked on here at Quality Car Center now! They help accommodate us with rides home after dropping our vehicles off, or if we need a ride to come pick it up. They even help accommodate us if we need to pick our vehicles up after hours! I will never take my vehicles anywhere, but here!"
"I’ve been going to Quality Car Care center for a little over a year now for any and every thing wrong with my car. They have consistently provided me with excellent customer service, and have always been trustworthy with their prices and their advice. I drive a good 45 minutes just to go to the shop and it’s worth every mile. I’ve recommended friends and family to come here whenever their vehicles are acting up as well and I’ve never heard a bad word about them. This is probably the only place I’ll ever trust with my car from here out. Shoutout to Katy for always updating and being so accommodating."

They were professional, helpful, prompt and clear with what needed to be done, and they did it right and I felt went above and beyond what was required of them. I've had a few okay to straight up awful experiences in Augusta, even from some places with high ratings, this place blows all those other shops outta the water. The folks here really give a damn about what they do and how they treat their customers. Won't take my car anywhere else now."
