"We purchased our Club Car Precedent from TSA of Augusta back in 2018. We recently had our cart refurbished adding an extra seat, new top, replaced batteries, and two new tires. We had the opportunity to once again work with Todd, who went out of his way to assure that the improvements were done to our liking, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable cost. We are so pleased with how our cart turned out and the attention to detail and customer service that Todd provided. We were also impressed with Kyle, who took great care in picking up and delivering our cart. He also took the time to explain the upgrades and made sure that we were completely satisfied before he left. The nicest young man, Kyle, came out and checked it over, showed me how to put water in the batteries and replaced the forward/reverse switch that had been giving me trouble. "Worst buying experience ever. Would NOT recommend buying a used cart from this place. My recent experience resulted in a colossal waste of time and many headaches. There are far too many other club car dealers in the area that are reputable and act with a sense of integrity. If you still decide to do business with them, one word of advice... get EVERYTHING in writing. They don't seem to like this approach to buying carts."
