"Unfortunately our experience with this company was not a good one. We were promised to be swimming in May but turned out to be late July...We were not kept informed of delays in progress until my husband asked on a regular basis what the hold up was. Once they were finally on site, it seemed good help was a problem, and it was admitted to us they allowed workers on site that were an extreme concern to our safety and their own, much less a quality job. We still had to stay on top of everything to get things finished, and some were never finished. We were lied to about several things and key important pieces of the process were left out that we would be responsible for paying for. We felt we paid ALOT of money for a custom pool we designed, but were not given a quality experience, and had to do as much work ourselves as we paid this company to do for us. We feel we would have been better off doing it ourselves rather than the stress this whole experience brought with it. We didn't have much confidence in things being done right so ended up contracting out our concrete work. Even after expressing how disappointed we were with this whole process, there wasnt alot of willingness to resolve issues or get things done quickly, as they were extremely behind. It seemed we were just supposed to understand their problems with their employees and that other customers were getting upset with delays. We never felt we were a priority or our business was important. There are still unresolved issues we are having to figure out with our pool pump and liner. Several times we considered getting another company to finish the job as it seemed they weren't able to complete it, but by this time other companies are booked in advance and again summer is nearly over. We liked the guys and had a positive referral, but unfortunately for us, they did not deliver. There are far too many issues to mention in this post. I could not reccomend them to build a pool for you, and wish things had turned out differently."

"Dwayne promised me a pool in May, did not show up until June, never fully completed the project and admitted to me that he could not find help because they were all getting high on the job. He then knowingly left a guy using meth alone at my home with my wife and daughters! Because he did not finish properly, I did not pay him the final amount and now he is trying to sue me!!! Horrible experience! There is so much more I could write about his craftmanship, just run!!!"

"Came and built me a $80,000 dollar pool for a price that you wouldn't believe. We were swimming in less than a month from when he started job . Price was best around and quality and speed of job was great. Dewanye was a man of his word too . If he said he would be here at job site on Friday , buddy he was there . I highly recommend A&G pools for any of your swimming pool needs ."
