"It's pretty bad when you check into your room and find a rotten partially eaten pear left in the refrigerator. Also the linen on the bed looks like it was pulled out of a lump of laundry not even cleaned or pressed. Also check out that disgusting lamp shade that hangs directly next to the bed were you sleep.......Pretty Disgusting........."
"Checked in here for 8 days! Every day they hit me with a charge on my card that was just pending! Then the day after I left, (today) they charged my card the full amount for the whole time I stayed. Which through my account into a 1,200 + negative balance. All those pending charges takes 15 days for each pending charge to come back off! Was never told about an incidental 15 daily hold also, when I checked in! My card got declined today at a restaurant because of this! Embarrassing!"
"This is a great place to stay! Very clean, staff were friendly, the complimentary breakfast was very nice a lot of options, and the rooms are very spacious and everything you need is there. I will definitely return when in the area!"
"I would not choose to stay here again. Sink did not drain and black mold was on the stopper and possibly never cleaned. I had to clean bath/ kitchen tile as dirty. Two hand towels were brown with dirt when used to clean floor. Housekeeping skills poor. TV remote turned TV on but only one channel fox news. No other buttons worked. For a new place it was disappointing, but bed was good."
"This is a really beautiful hotel. We had a family suite since we were traveling with a party of 5 and a dog. Our suite had a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, full sz fridge, dishes and more. A curtain separated the "living room" where the sleeper sofa was from the rest of the room. This was really handy for our 16 year old who likes to use her phone late after everyone else has gone to bed. The light from her phone didn't disrupt the rest of us. The other 2 king size beds were plenty spacious for our 2 boys, ages 7 and 11, and my husband and I. Breakfast is pretty decent also - hot tea, variety of coffee, eggs/omelets, sausage biscuits, bagels, waffles, oats with various toppings, cereal, fruit, etc. Good, easy to access location right off the interstate. We definitely were impressed with the spaciousness and the amenities."
