"If you were to ever wonder what it would be like to be in a difference family than your own. Well this is that home away from home. The Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help every individual with there personals circumstances, no .matter how big or small."

"As Platinum members, we expected more. As soon as we arrived, we had to change our own sheets and pillow cases. Ours were filthy. We figured we would save time and have breakfast at the hotel. There was nothing to drink at breakfast and no syrup for the waffles. The front desk employee's husband was hanging out and said some pretty nasty things about me. My 10 year old daughter complained and the front desk clerk called her a liar. We usually love Wyndham, but this hotel is not OK. You simply do not treat paying guest this way."

"The room was barely decent enough to stay the night in. We were heading to Florida and needed a place to sleep for the night. Room felt/looked kinda icky. I couldn’t wait to leave. Breakfast was very bare at 7:30am. Came back out at 9:00 with the family (6 of us) and it was in the same condition. Bare. I asked the front desk associate if there was more food and she seemed irritated that I was asking. She threw some frozen egg patties out in the warmer and said we could heat them up. Threw out some fruit cups and yogurt and muffins and scowled coldly, “breakfast is over at 9:30”. And right on the dot at 9:30 she hurried to remove everything. Saw another fellow ask if there was milk for his cereal and she barked “breakfast is over at 9:30”. Turned out she was the GM! Was shocked to be treated that way by the GM. She claimed she didn’t know what the employee before she came on duty, actually did? Also claimed they needed to hire an attendant for the breakfast section. Regardless of why she behaved this way, doesn’t justify treating guests this way. Period. Would not recommend this place at all. Pay a little more money and stay somewhere decent with good ratings!"

"I hope the owner of this property knows what a superstar employee he has in Dawn. She was super helpful before and once I arrived at the hotel. She is super sweet and definitely the top representative I've had the pleasure of meeting while traveling with my fiance over the last 30 days staying at more than 20 properties. Thanks Dawn You're awesome!!"

"One night stopover on a road trip. Looks OK from outside but room was shabby. Horrible stained sofa. Dead insect stuck to the bathroom wall. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Water lukewarm and had to run it for ages to get any warmth at all. The only other people staying there appeared to have been placed there due to homelessness and or other issues. We felt very uncomfortable. Breakfast could have been good except the toaster and waffle maker didn't work. Neither did the fridge so things in it were "off". A problem with the electricity, apparently. Would never stay there again and definitely do not recommend it."
