"Being a former auto detailing business for 28 years I’ve always been weary of going through a tunnel car wash, but after getting out of the business & trying to keep my vehicle up to my clean standards, lol, I decided to give Tidal Wave a try. Josh, the manager from the Macon location has checked on me after going through the wash several times to make sure everything’s good with true concern & absolutely the type of person you want running & representing your business. Definitely 5* for this location & staff."

"I had such a great experience. I was greeted and assisted by Mr. Cornelius. He was so attentive, and knowledgeable, and he assisted me and other customers with the same tenacity, vigor, and beautiful smile. He even made sure the dead bugs were off of my car before I went into the wash. I would recommend going to this location for him alone. He will make sure you are taken care of."

"I’m giving 5 stars today because of an employee who went the extra mile for another customer. Mr. Walker was running the entry of the wash with a welcoming smile even though the line was extra long. He was very kind and most definitely hard working with a smile! He deserves to be recognized!!"

"Most recent experience is near the end. But first, the older ones… I have visited here a number of times in the last couple of years and could have already left a negative review before about some equipment and service issues but I really wanted to give them a chance to correct those, believing that they were just going through growing pains. Now I know different as I see their issues begin with their upper management, affecting quality of employees, and in turn the experience for us customers. The company has not been able to keep the same managers or service workers for long. This speaks to how employees are treated or compensated and that explains why I’ve experienced these problems that I will share. The equipment in the wash bay tends to fall behind in service and adjustments. I know this from being told, and from my own experience, especially with the last horizontal roller on a few occasions over a 2 year period. One manager was going to have me compensated for some paint touch up but then he was gone just weeks later and nobody else seemed to know anything about it. I have had a couple of employees at different times share with me that they had been struggling to get upper management to care about helping fix their problems. One service guy said that he was acting as a temporary manager because another had quit. He shared that while frustrated that he could not get the bay operator to change what he was doing wrong. That bay operator kept doing something to cause an issue with timing of vehicles going inside the wash bay. For me, this caused the last roller to come down at the wrong time, getting me stuck, making the SUV behind me almost rear end my truck (as he explained to me). I quit going after that because I didn’t want anymore damage to my truck. At least six months later, I decided to try them again thinking they’ve had time to work out all their issues. Everything in the wash bay seemed to work good, but everything after it was far worse now… - There was no pre-scrub worker for the front of vehicles as they had in the past. - The was bay operator pushed the button too soon so he, the inside of my cab, and my dog got wet. - There were no clean rags for my use to detail after the wash. - There was no room in any trash cans. They were all overloaded with garbage. - There was a service worker sitting on his phone at the entry gate, not attending to anything. - Another service worker was detailing what looked like his tricked out Volkswagen Beetle. He had rags. - Nobody was trying to empty trash, do pre-scrub, or get clean rags even after I asked to get some. - SEE MY PICTURES ATTACHED. From that same day. I was there nearly 2 hours before they were to be closing. So, as I said, their issues seem to originate with upper management/owners in how well they compensate, lead, and care for their employees. If you compensate, lead, and care, you’ll get a better quality team to stay and work to take care of your property, your problems, and your customers better. #leadership #quality #service #values #vision #culture #KRAs #ROIs"
