Walmart Supercenter

"This store doesn’t even deserve one star. My wife needed to grab allergy meds that were not OTC. She had already been up once not realizing she would need her ID. Left the store to get it and came right back, it was 7:03 so the pharmacy clerk told her she couldn’t give it to her. Even tho she was actively assisting another customer and it was sitting on the shelf right behind her. She could’ve just handed it to her and let the cashier check her ID but she was rude and refused to help at all. KROGER WOULD’VE HELPED. They’re the friendly store it seems!"

"I was a frequent shopper at this store, but no more. I purchased a PlayStation 5 for my daughter for Christmas. She opens it on Christmas Day to find a scratched up, used and non functional console in the box. We return to Walmart the next day only to basically be told tough luck and they can't return or exhange it. I explain that it was obviously a returned item that wasn't properly checked (or even possibly a dishonest employee) and I did not pay 600 bucks for a used broken console. They then proceed to interrogate me and passively accuse me of being a liar and crook and tell me they can't do anything to help me. I ask to speak to the store manager, Archie, and he is "currently unavailable". I leave my name and number for him to contact me, which he never does. I call corporate and explain my situation. The woman on the phone apologizes profusely for what happened and tells me they will contact the store manager directly to have him resolve this, and to be expecting a call from him. Again, he never calls. After numerous trips back to the store the store manager is always conveniently unavailable to speak to me, and after numerous times of leaving my name and number he has not made a single attempt to reach out to me. All of the "coaches" that I've spoken in the store have had the same attitude towards me and have passively accused me of being a liar and trying to scam them. I call corporate again and this time I'm told that it is ultimately the store managers decision on whether or not to return or exchange the item. But the store manager will not make an attempt to even speak to me. I made a 600 dollar purchase and I received a used broken item. I'M THE ONE THAT GOT RIPPED OFF! I'm the victim of someone else's dishonesty, and instead of trying to help me and resolve this situation I have been treated like nothing but a criminal by everyone in that store. This is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I hope no one else ever finds themselves in a similar situation, because if you do you will be treated like scum by the crooks in this store. I will never give another dime of my money to this place."

"Very clean inside looks like they have done some upgrades on the sales floor and a lot of big screen displays. In addition there's a new hair styling shop that includes braiding hair services."

"I was at Walmart today shopping for an apartment makeover. I met two very nice Walmart employees and they went above and beyond assisting me with finding purchases, bagging and taking the purchases to my vehicle. They were just awesome their names were Courtney and Kerry ( ?) located in the Bed and Bath Department. I had three buggies filled with merchandise.They deserve a 10+ for outstanding customer service. They were very courteous, professional and kind. They cared about the customer having a great experience shopping at Walmart. Walmart should be very proud of these two employees. Thank you both again for helping me today. Debra James"
