"I ordered items for curbside pickup. The app said the items were ready so I went to the store. I checked in and waited 20 minutes. There were several employees outside of the store who were not occupied and no one else in the curbside pickup area so no reason for the order to be delayed. I finally went inside to pick up the order and it was just sitting ready behind the counter despite multiple employees being available to bring it to the car. The convenience of curbside pickup is completely negated if you have to wait longer for curbside pickup than you would to go in and pick out the orders yourself. This location seems mismanaged. I called to speak to the manager and was put on an infinite hold and finally hung up after 10 minutes. My advice would be to choose a different Lowe's location or just go to the Home Depot across the street."

"Always well stocked. Very nicely decorated. Helpful & friendly employees. Easy checkout. Garden is looking a little empty, but plants, etc., were healthy and looked strong as usual. Lots of parking, clean parking lot. Easily accessible."

"My experience with this Lowe's was horrendous. First my order was cancelled because of "out of stock" items that were actually in stock. I saw the items were actually in stock online and reordered. I went to the store with my husband and actually saw employees picking my order while they discussed how difficult their jobs were and how hard they worked. I overheard them specifically say one of my items and the exact quantity I had ordered. I placed the order in plenty of time to have it delivered same day. It said online that it would arrive by 8pm. I called the store around 4 to inquire about what time it might arrive. I was told that the delivery employees were gone for the day and that a truck had not been arranged. Also, they had not finished picking my order. I have the store a 2 instead of a 1 because there are some good and helpful employees there. The woman who helped us find doors was wonderful. Her name started with an A."

"They started doing Kid's Workshop here again! Make sure you bring your little ones of all ages 4-99 to take part in the pride of building their own useful garden ornaments to planters, toys, bird houses, etc! They have a website to register but it's super easy! I used to bring my daughter here before COVID shot it down... We loved it every time! Kids get a mini hammer and apron as well as the knowledge of building something either by themselves or with adult supervision!"
