"While every other autobody in Evans GA told us they couldn't repair our vehicle (Nov 5 accident) until January of 2024, Gerber made arrangements with our schedule to take the car in over the Thanksgiving holiday week. The shop was clean, offices neat and quiet, and staff was always available to answer questions by phone, if their text messages with updates weren't enough. Our vehicle was finished earlier than expected, but upon pickup I pointed out something I felt could've lined up better. A manager looked at it and agreed. A day later we picked up our vehicle. Overall I left off 1 star because I would like to see someone go over every completed vehicle to check the quality. The repair and paint work on the vehicle are top-notch. The repair is also warranted for as long as we own the vehicle through Gerber auto body shops. I would recommend Gerber to any of my neighbors or friends."

"Don’t bother to call if you plan to pay out of pocket. I requested an appt. for an estimate online, and they cancelled it on me. I then called to reschedule the appt. and they said they do not do estimates “at this time” for out of pocket work."

"I had body work done to my vehicle about a month ago. At first, everything was fine. Issue one: I was told it would take a week to fix my vehicle, which actually took two or three weeks. It was not a huge deal because the insurance company was paying for the rental, not me. But had I been paying for the rental this would have been a HUGE issue. Issue two and the main problem: after repairs, I noticed that the fender did not sit correctly under the headlight. It didn't bother me enough to rush back to have it fixed. Over the weekend, I had recall work done at the dealership. They pointed out that whoever set the bumper used epoxy/glue to attach the bumper to the vehicle (pictures below). Today, I spoke to a manager and was told that they would order the parts to fix it—no apologies for trying to pass off shoddy work or gestures of goodwill. I will update after round two of service has been completed."

"I had the pleasure of using this business to replace my windshield. From my initial call to schedule an appointment to the completion of the service only one word comes to mind STELLAR. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the process and handled the repair with professionalism and precision . Although my experience was AWESOME, I hope I don't have to have my windshield repaired anytime in the near future,but if I do I'll definitely use this company."

"This is the worst body shop I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend my worst enemy to even go here. They are not knowledgeable about the cars that they are repairing. It took them a month to fix my car, they are real sketchy with telling you information, I had to return my car for a week because they repaired it improperly and they damaged my car while it was in the shop. This is the worst business I’ve ever had to do business with. And they thought they had me fooled I know the difference between paint and a sharpie marker!!! Not the mention the filth that was left in my car. I am not pleased nor satisfied. I will be taking my car to another shop to redo this mess they “fixed”."
